CNC Laser Cutting

Laser cutting is a fabrication process that uses a thin, intensely focused stream of light to cut through a range of different materials, including plastics and acrylics. The laser beam takes the form of amplified light which, when focused through a combination of mirrors and lenses, cuts or vaporises the surface of the material.

Our powerful CO2 laser cutting machine is capable of cutting even thicker acrylic sheets with an excellent edge finish. The shape of the cut is determined by a vector drawing, which guides the path of the laser.

No job is too large or too long, thanks to its huge 1250 x 900m work area and 100w of CO2 laser power. This machine can laser cut our full range of Perspex acrylic sheets, and can accommodate even challenging designs with ease.
